1) Shipping
    Your order is mailed over the next 2 working days from the date of receipt of money by business letter or priority post parcel of the Polish Post.
Shipping prise for prioritate parcel to 2kg costs to :

    USA, Canada and Africa                        - 102 PLN

No Your country on the list. I`m sorry, nobody is perfect, please contact with me and I add immediately.

Regular customers can apply for a partial refund of the shipping cost, if the difference between the payment and the cost is significant. Some of you have already received the refund.

These values in the currency of the payee are approximate and depend on the currency exchange bank course.

2) Returns and complaints
   All the goods available in the shop are covered by manufacturer's warranty.
If the Customers find any technical defect, we should be notified by e-mail about the fact, and then the goods are to be returned to the shop by mail at their own expense.
To the returned goods an invoice with the description of defect being the subject of complaints at its back side is to be attached.
The customer will receive a new product on complaint considering, and if it is by any reason impossible (for example, edition shortage), will be offered the choice of other goods, available in our store or we refund the money .
All the costs and expenses associated with the return of the goods will be refunded for the benefit of our customers on complaint considering.
We do not accept postal parcels paid at delivery .
